宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果研究

The Clinical Effect of Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps

目的探讨将宫腔镜治疗方法用于治疗子宫内膜息肉中的效果。方法研究资料是吉林省吉林市妇产医院在2018年12月至2019年12月收治的100例子宫内膜息肉患者,将全部患者资料进行总结,对全部患者均实施宫腔镜电切息肉术治疗,手术后应用孕激素治疗,分析治疗效果。结果全部患者均手术顺利,全部达到一次性成功,全部患者均没有发生手术并发症,疾病复发率为0.00%。结论应用宫腔镜来治疗子宫内膜息肉,能够取得理想的治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods The data of the study were 100 cases of endometrial polyps admitted by Jilin maternity hospital from December 2018 to December 2019,all the patients were treated with hysteroscopic electrosurgical polypectomy and progesterone after the operation.Results All the patients were operated successfully,all of them achieved one-time success,all of them had no complications,and the recurrence rate was 0.00%.Conclusion The application of hysteroscopy to the treatment of endometrial polyps can achieve an ideal therapeutic effect,it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
