浅谈舒适护理在神经内科护理实践中的运用

The Application of Comfortable Nursing in the Practice of Neurology

目的探究舒适护理在神经内科中的应用价值。方法选取本院近两年收治的100例神经内科疾病患者进行观察与研究,并将所有患者在随机的原则下分为研究组和对照组,每组各有患者50例,对照组患者实施常规护理方法,研究组患者则在此基础上实施舒适护理措施,对两组患者的护理效果进行对比。结果在住院时间上研究组更短,在护理满意度上研究组更高,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理措施应用在神经内科疾病患者中能够收到满意的效果,显著提高了患者康复水平,缩短了患者的住院时间,赢得了患者的满意。

Objective To explore the application value of comfortable nursing in neurology.Methods 100 cases of neurology diseases in our hospital in recent two years were observed and studied,all patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 50 patients in each group,the patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing methods,while the patients in the study group were treated with comfortable nursing measures on the basis of conventional nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results In terms of hospitalization time,the study group was shorter,and in terms of nursing satisfaction,the study group was higher,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing measures in patients with neurological diseases can achieve satisfactory results,significantly improve the rehabilitation level of patients,shorten the length of stay of patients,and win the satisfaction of patients.
