穴位降压操对肝阳上亢型高血压的干预治疗效果观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Antihypertensive Exercise on Hypertension with Hyperactivity of Liver Yang

目的评估降压操对肝阳上亢型高血压的干预治疗效果。方法选取本院中医科自2018年1月至2018年12月收治的高血压病患者(中医辨证为肝阳上亢型)。按照随机原则分为例数相等的治疗组(n=50)及对照组(n=50),将常规护理措施应用于对照组中,治疗组除常规护理外,给予降压操治疗。对比两组治疗前后的血压变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组。治疗组及对照组治疗后的血压均明显降低,但较之于对照组,治疗组的血压改善效果更好,上述指标均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论降压操对高血压病患者血压的控制提供一定积极的帮助,可减轻患者心理负担,提高临床治疗有效性。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of antihypertensive exercise on hypertension with hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods The patients with hypertension(syndrome differentiation of liver yang hyperactivity type)were selected from January 2018 to December 2018.According to the random principle,the patients were divided into two groups:the treatment group(n=50)and the control group(n=50),routine nursing measures were applied to the control group,in addition to routine nursing,the treatment group was given antihypertensive exercise.The changes of blood pressure before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the blood pressure in the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly,but compared with the control group,the improvement of blood pressure in the treatment group was better,and the above indicators were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion Antihypertensive exercise can provide some positive help for the control of blood pressure in patients with hypertension,reduce patients′psychological burden,improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment.
