规律产前检查干预对孕产妇自我保健管理水平及妊娠结局的影响

The Influence of Regular Prenatal Examination Intervention on the Level of Self-care Management and Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women

目的分析规律产前检查干预对孕产妇自我保健管理水平及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取我院自2018年1月至2019年1月接诊的8000例产前检查孕产妇,随机选取200例产妇进行分析。按照产妇产前检查是否规律将产妇分为观察组(100例)与对照组(100例)。对照组产妇未进行孕期相关指导,观察组产妇接受明确的孕期健康指导,对比两组产妇自我保健管理水平评分、剖宫产率以及不良妊娠结局。结果自我保健管理水平对比,干预前,P>0.05,干预后,P<0.05;阴道分娩率对比,P<0.05;妊娠结局对比,P<0.05。结论孕产妇规律产前检查有助于提高产妇的自我保健管理水平,显著改善不良妊娠结局,降低剖宫产发生率,值得广泛推广使用。

Objective To analyze the influence of regular prenatal examination intervention on maternal self-care management and pregnancy outcome.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,8000 pregnant women were selected from our hospital for prenatal examination,and 200 pregnant women were randomly selected for analysis.According to the regularity of antenatal examination,parturients were divided into observation group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases).The pregnant women in the control group did not receive guidance during pregnancy.The pregnant women in the observation group received clear health guidance during pregnancy.The self-care management score,cesarean section rate and adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of self health care management level,before intervention,P>0.05,after intervention,P<0.05.Comparison of vaginal delivery rate,P<0.05.Comparison of pregnancy outcome,P<0.05.Conclusion Regular antenatal examination is helpful to improve the level of self-care management,improve the adverse pregnancy outcome and reduce the incidence of cesarean section.It is worth popularizing and using widely.
