健康教育联合呼吸康复训练对老年慢性支气管炎患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Health Education Combined with Respiratory Rehabilitation Training on the Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

目的探讨健康教育联合呼吸康复训练对老年慢性支气管炎患者生活质量的影响。方法将100例老年慢性支气管炎患者随机分为对照组和实验组各50例,两组均给予常规健康教育,实验组在此基础上给予呼吸康复训练,疗程结束后,比较两组患者生活质量的评分情况。结果实施后3个月,实验组患者日常生活活动能力、心理及社会能力均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且呼吸道症状明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用健康教育联合呼吸康复训练,可以减少患者发病频率,提高自我管理行为,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of health education combined with respiratory rehabilitation training on the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods 100 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,50 cases in each group,the two groups were given routine health education,and the experimental group was given respiratory rehabilitation training on this basis,after the course of treatment,the scores of quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Three months later,the activities of daily living,psychological and social abilities of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the respiratory symptoms were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education combined with respiratory rehabilitation training can reduce the frequency of disease,improve self-management behavior,and improve the quality of life.
