胆汁反流性胃炎患者运用加味柴胡疏肝汤治疗的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Modified Chaihu Shugan Decoction on Bile Reflux Gastritis

目的研究探讨胆汁反流性胃炎患者运用加味柴胡疏肝汤治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院门诊2018年6月至2019年10月诊治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为两组后给予不同治疗方案展开临床治疗,其中研究组行加味柴胡疏肝汤治疗,对比组行常规西药治疗,统计记录两组患者接受治疗后各并发症发生率以及临床疗效,并进行对比。结果两组患者经过不同治疗后,研究组患者各并发症发生率均低于对比组患者,其临床疗效优于对比组患者,以上对比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味柴胡疏肝汤应用在胆汁反流性胃炎临床治疗中,能快速改善患者临床症状,减少患者反流次数和反流总时间,并以此降低其并发症发生概率。因此,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Modified Chaihu Shugan Decoction on bile reflux gastritis.Methods Seventy-eight patients with bile reflux gastritis diagnosed and treated in our outpatient department from June 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups and given different treatment plans to carry out clinical treatment,among which the study group was treated with Modified Chaihu Shugan Decoction and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The incidence of complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results After different treatment,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the clinical effect was better than that in the control group,and the above comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Chaihu Shugan Decoction can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with bile reflux gastritis,reduce the number and total time of reflux,and reduce the probability of complications.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
