股骨干骨折合并膝关节损伤的临床治疗效果及预后研究

目的研究对患有股骨干骨折合并膝关节损伤患者实施常规手术治疗的临床效果与预后情况。方法本研究共选择82例研究对象进行观察,这些研究对象是从2015年8月到2018年8月这段时间内在本医院接受治疗的股骨干骨折合并膝关节损伤患者中随机抽取出来的,根据患者的入院顺序为患者排序,排序为奇数的患者纳入到对照组(n=41),排序为偶数的患者纳入到实验组(n=41),两组患者均采用常规手术进行治疗,但入路不同,前者于大腿前外侧入路,后者则于大腿后外侧入路。对两组患者手术前与手术后的膝关节功能进行评价,同时评价两组采用手术治疗的效果,并对比。结果实验组患者的治疗优良率高于对照组;两组患者手术治疗后的膝关节功能评分高于手术治疗前,且实验组高于对照组;所有对比均存在显著差异,治疗效果明显(P<0.05)。结论与在大腿前外侧做切口做手术操作进行治疗相比,入路选择于大腿后外侧手术的效果更加显著,治疗效果更加理想,且患者的膝关节功能得到了显著改善,值得将其推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect and prognosis of patients undergoing conventional surgical treatment for patients with femoral shaft fracture and knee joint injury.Methods A total of 82 subjects were enrolled in the study.These subjects were randomly selected from patients with femoral shaft fractures and knee injuries who were treated in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2018.The patients were sorted according to the patient’s admission order,patients with an odd number of patients were included in the control group(n=41),and patients with an even number of patients were included in the experimental group(n=41).Both groups of patients were treated with conventional surgery,but the approach was different.The former was in the anterior lateral thigh and the latter in the posterior lateral thigh.The knee function of the two groups before and after surgery was evaluated,and the effects of surgery were compared and compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group;The knee function scores of the two groups after surgery were higher than those before surgery,and the experimental group was higher than the control group;There were significant differences in all contrasts,and the treatment effect was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the operation of the incision in the anterolateral thigh,the effect of the approach to the posterolateral thigh surgery was more significant,the treatment effect was more ideal,and the knee function of the patient was significantly improved,which was worth of promotion.
