中医针灸推拿护理在肩周炎患者护理中应用的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Moxibustion Massage Nursing on Frozen Shoulder Patients

目的分析肩周炎患者行针灸推拿护理措施的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的肩周炎患者60例为研究对象,样本收录时间为2018年1月至2019年1月,随机将研究对象分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者进行常规的护理,实验组患者实施针灸推拿护理,对两组患者治疗前后功能评分进行对比分析,并观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实施针灸推拿护理的实验组患者,效果更佳明显,患者的关节功能评分高于对照组,P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论与常规的护理措施相比,中医针灸推拿护理的效果更好,显著优化了患者的肩周关节功能,减少了患者的疼痛感,具有实际应用的价值。

Objective to analyze clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion massage for patients with frozen shoulder.Methods choose 60 cases frozen shoulder patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as research objects,divide them into control group and experimental group randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and experimental group with acupuncture and massage.Compare and analyze functional scores of two groups before and after treatment,observe curative effect of two groups.Results after acupuncture and massage nursing,experimental group has better and obvious effect.Joint function scores of patients were higher than control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion TCM acupuncture massage has better effect than routine nursing measures,optimize shoulder joint function of patients significantly,reducing their pains with practical application value.
