早期综合康复治疗对急性期老年脑卒中患者的影响

Effect of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment on Elderly Patients with Acute Stroke

目的脑卒中是导致老年人死亡率增高和遗留身体残疾的最常见病因,合理的早期康复治疗至关重要。方法选取2018年01月29日至2019年01月15日在上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院崇明分院收治的39例年龄>75岁、急性期脑卒中伴有功能障碍患者作为研究对象,比较对老年脑卒中患者采用常规护理措施(对照组,19例)与早期综合康复治疗(治疗组,20例)患者在日常生活自理能力和运动功能方面的差异性。结果在对两组患者分别采取了上述护理措施后,其中治疗组的简化Fugl-Meyer以及巴氏指数评分;显著高于对照组,治疗组简化Fugl-Meyer以及巴氏指数评分前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期综合康复治疗能改善急性期老年脑卒中患者的运动功能障碍,提高患者日常生活自理能力,减轻患者家庭的负担。

Objective Stroke is the most common cause of elderly mortality and physical disabilities,and reasonable early rehabilitation is essential.Methods choose 39 cases acute stroke and dysfunction patients over 75 admitted to Chongming Branch of Shanghai Jiaotong University Medicine School from 2018-01-29/2019-01-15 as research objects.Treat them with routine care measures(control group,19 cases)and early comprehensive rehabilitation(treatment group,20 cases),and compare daily life self-care ability and motor function of stroke patients.Results after above-mentioned care measures for two groups,simplified Fugl-Meyer and Pap index scores of treatment group reached(87.50±9.65)and(85.00±6.12)points respectively;significantly higher than(60.47±16.13)and(61.11±19.01)of control group,difference of simplified Fugl-Meyer and Pap index scores before and after evaluation in treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can improve motor dysfunction of elderly patients with acute stroke,improve their self-care ability in daily life,and reduce burden on their families.
