用药教育对老年高血压合并高胆固醇血症患者用药依从性的影响

Effect of Medication Education on Medication Compliance of Elderly Patients with Hypertension and Hypercholesterolemia

目的分析药师对老年高血压合并高胆固醇血症患者实施用药教育,对患者用药依从性的影响。方法以70例老年高血压合并高胆固醇血症患者为研究对象,均为我院在2018年3月至2019年3月之间收治,根据例数均等原则将其分成对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=35),对照组患者自行根据说明书用药,不对其实施用药指导与教育,观察组患者在用药前由药师给予用药教育与指导,统计并比较两组患者教育后的用药依从性与治疗达标率。结果经统计学分析,干预后观察组患者总依从率高于对照组,各项数据比较有明显差异,P<0.05;干预后观察组患者血压达标率、血脂达标率均高于对照组,各项数据比较有明显差异,P<0.05,各项数据比较有明显差异,P<0.05。结论由临床药师对老年高血压合并高胆固醇血症患者实施用药教育,制定个体化指导策略,可显著提升患者用药依从性,同时有利于提升其治疗达标率,具有较高的临床使用价值。

Objective to analyze effect of pharmacist education on medication compliance in elderly patients with hypertension and hypercholesterolemia.Methods choose 70 cases elderly hypertensive patients with hypercholesterolemia in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as research objects.Divide them into control group and observation group according to principle of equal case number(n=35).Control group was treated with medication according to instructions without medication guidance and education,observation group with medication education and guidance by pharmacist before medication.Carry on statistics and comparison of compliance and treatment effective rate after education of two groups.Results after statistical analysis,total compliance rate of observation group after intervention was higher than control group,with significant data difference between groups,P<0.05;blood pressure compliance rate and blood lipid compliance rate of observation group after intervention was higher than control group,with significant data difference between groups,P<0.05.Conclusion clinical medication education,individualized guidance strategies of clinical pharmacist can significantly improve medication compliance,treatment compliance rate of elderly patients with hypertension and hypercholesterolemia,which is of high clinical application value.
