乡镇医院高血压病临床用药分析探讨

Analysis and Discussion of Clinical Medication for Hypertension in Township Hospitals

目的针对乡镇医院高血压疾病的临床用药情况进行分析,在一定程度上提高乡镇医院高血压病患的疾病医治成效。方法以随机的方式选取我院在2017年8月份到2018年8月份进行高血压医治的80名病患作为实验对象,在实验探究的过程当中,探究人员对以上这80名高血压病患进行了临床用药分析,在具体数据分析的过程当中,探究人员对病患在医治期间所使用的药物,服用的数据,包括药物的名称,用药频率、用药方案及金额等各项指标分析。结果通过对收集到的数据进行分析,可以发现我院在对高血压病患进行医治的过程当中,主要使用的医治药物是利尿剂,从消耗的金额方面进行分析,花钱最多的药物是硝苯地平缓释片,从用药方案的内容进行分析,根据不同的用药方案,单用药和二联用药的使用频率都比较广泛,其中单用药的使用频率大概为42.5%,而二联用药的使用频率大概为41.25%,其他类型的用药方案,就占剩下的16.25%。结论在对高血压疾病病患进行医治的过程当中医疗工作者应该根据病患的具体发病情况以及经济情况等各项指标进行综合分析之后,再采用科学合理的药物医治方法对其进行医治,只有这样才能使得病患的高血压状态得到合理的控制和积极的预防,减少该疾病对病患身体所造成的损害。

Objective to analyze clinical medication of hypertension in township hospitals,and improve treatment effect of hypertension patients in township hospitals to a certain extent.Methods with random method,choose 80 cases hypertension patients in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 as experimental objects.During process of experimental investigation,carry on clinical medication analysis for 80 cases hypertension patients.During process of specific data analysis,analyze indicators of drugs during treatment,clinical data including drug name,medication frequency,prescription and amount.Results analysis of collected data shows main treatment drug is diuretic during process of treating hypertensive patients in our hospital.From perspective of consumption,the most expensive drugs are Nifedipine sustained-release tablets.Based on analysis of content of drug scheme according to different drug scheme,single and dual-use drugs has relatively wide frequency,frequency of single-use drugs is about 42.5%,that of dual-use drugs is about 41.25%,and other types of medication schemes account for remaining 16.25%.Conclusion during treatment of hypertension patients,medical staffs should carry on comprehensive analysis based on specific morbidity and economic indicators of patients,treat them with scientific and reasonable medical treatment methods.Only in this way,we can contol and prevent hypertension status of patients reasonably and actively,and reduce damage to body.
