院前急救药品管理的实施方法及价值分析

Implementation Methods and Value Analysis of Prehospital Emergency Medicine Management

目的探讨院前急救药品管理的实施方法及价值分析。方法将2019年1月至2019年10月发放的2000件院前急救物品作为研究对象,对照组使用常规管理方法,观察组使用PDCA循环管理法,对比两组的院前急救物品使用不合理情况、院前急救物品管理情况。结果观察组高警示药品无标识、药品过期、药品标签不清晰、药品混放、复核查出差错、物品不合格报损等院前急救物品使用不合理率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组物品有效使用、物品去向明确、急救仪器性能完好、仪器登记规范等管理合理率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论院前急救药品管理实施PDCA循环管理法效果显著,能有效降低院前急救物品使用不合理率,提高院前急救药品使用合理性,提升了整体管理效果,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective to explore implementation method and value analysis of pre-hospital emergency medicine management.Methods treat 2000 cases pre-hospital emergency items distributed from January 2019 to October 2019 as research objects.Control group was treated with routine management methods,observation group with PDCA circulation management method.Compare unreasonable application,of pre-hospital emergency items management of emergency supplies between two groups.Results observation group had lower unreasonable rate of pre-hospital emergency supplies than control group,including high warning medicine unlabeled,medicine expired,medicine labels unclear,medicines storage mixed,review errors,loss report of unqualified items,etc(P<0.05).unreasonable rate of pre-hospital supplies in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),including effective use of items,clear destination,intact performance of emergency equipment,and regular equipment registration(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management method has significant effect on for pre-hospital emergency medicine management,which can reduce unreasonable rate of pre-hospital emergency medicine use effectively,improve it rationality and overall management effect,which is of positive significance.
