肺结核合并肺癌的CT影像学特征及诊断价值效果评价

CT Imaging Features and Diagnostic Value Evaluation of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Complicated with Lung Cancer

目的探究肺结核合并肺癌的CT影像学特征及诊断价值效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年6月期间收治的30例肺结核合并肺癌患者(A组)、30例单纯性肺结核患者(B组)及30例单纯周围性肺癌(C组)患者作为研究对象。予以三组患者CT检查,统计、分析患者的CT影像学特征及诊断价值。结果(1)肺上叶后段或肺下叶背段为结核灶及肺癌病灶的主要发病部位。(2)与B组、C组相比,A组患者分叶征、毛刺征、空泡征、钙化影、卫星灶、空洞征、胸膜凹陷征等占比均更高,对比有差异性(P<0.05)。与C组相比,B组患者CT影像学特征中的空洞征占比、胸膜凹陷征占比更高,对比有差异性(P<0.05)。B组、C组CT影像学中的分叶征、毛刺征、空泡征、钙化影及卫星灶等占比相比,对比无差异性(P>0.05)。结论CT可有效诊断肺结核合并肺癌患者,可为临床分析及治疗肺结核合并肺癌患者提供一定参考依据,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective to explore CT imaging features and diagnostic value of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer.Methods choose 30 cases pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with lung cancer(group A),30 cases tuberculosis patients(group B)and 30 cases peripheral lung cancer patients(group C)admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 as research targets.Carry on CT examinations for three groups,and statistics analysis of CT imaging features and diagnostic value.Results(1)posterior segment of upper lung lobe or dorsal segment of lower lung lobe was main site of tuberculosis and lung cancer.(2)Compared with groups B and C,group A had higher proportions of lobulation sign,burr sign,vacuole sign,calcification,satellite focus,cavity sign,pleural depression sign,etc.(P<0.05).Compared with group C,group B had higher proportion of cavitation signs and pleural depression signs in CT imaging features,difference comparison showed P<0.05.Comparing proportions of lobulated sign,burr sign,vacuole sign,calcification and satellite foci in CT imaging of group B and group C showed no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion CT can diagnose pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer patients effectively,provide certain reference for clinical analysis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer patients,which is of high clinical application value.
