微创治疗和保守治疗腰间盘突出的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Minimally Invasive Treatment and Conservative Treatment on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的对比分析微创手术疗法与保守治疗法对腰间盘突出的治疗效果。方法研究人员抽取20例我院2016年1月至2019年6月收治的腰间盘突出症患者,按照数字表法进行随机分组,两组患者各10例,对照组以及研究组采取不同的治疗方法,保守治疗为对照组,微创治疗为研究组,对比两组两组患者的治疗有效率、疼痛程度、生活质量、术中出血量、治疗满意度。结果(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分低于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组患者的术中出血量低于对照组,观察组患者的治疗满意度高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论腰间盘突出症患者接受保守治疗以及微创治疗,微创治疗效果优于保守治疗,且该组患者的满意度以及治疗有效率均优于保守治疗。

Objective to compare and analyze curative effect of minimally invasive surgery and conservative treatment on lumbar disc herniation.Methods choose 20 cases lumbar disc herniation patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2019,divide them into control group and research group randomly according to digital table method,10 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conservative treatment,and research group with minimally invasive treatment.Compare treatment effect,pain level,life quality,intraoperative blood loss,and treatment satisfaction of two groups.Results 2 cases in control group were effective,with effective rate of 20.00%,9 cases in observation group were effective,with effective rate of 90.00%,(P<0.05);VAS scores of research group were lower than control group,(P<0.05);intraoperative blood loss of observation group was lower than control group,treatment satisfaction of observation group was 100.00%(10/10),higher than control group,30.00%(3/10),and P<0.05.Conclusion minimally invasive treatment can achieve better effect than conservative treatment on lumbar disc herniation patients,with higher satisfaction and treatment effect than conservative treatment.
