白癜风胶囊联合卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Vitiligo Capsule Combined with Halometasone Cream on Vitiligo

目的探讨白癜风胶囊联合卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风的效果。方法纳入我院80例2017年8月至2018年11月白癜风患者。随机数字表分组,对照组采取卤米松乳膏治疗,观察组则采取白癜风胶囊加上卤米松乳膏治疗。且对效果做出比较。结果观察组症状积分水平、治疗有效率、血清干扰素-γ监测水平、粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子等指标相比较对照组更好,P<0.05。两组无明显副作用,P>0.05。结论白癜风胶囊加上卤米松乳膏治疗白癜风的效果理想。

Objective to explore effect of vitiligo capsules combined with halomethasone cream on vitiligo.Methods choose 80 casese vitiligo patients from August 2017 to November 2018 in our hospital.With random digital table grouping,control group was treated with halomethasone cream,and observation group with vitiligo capsules plus halomethasone cream.Compare effect between groups.Results symptom scores level,treatment effect,serum interferon-γmonitoring level,granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor and other indicators of observation group were better than control group,P<0.05.There were no obvious side effects in both groups,P>0.05.Conclusion vitiligo capsules plus halometasone cream can achieve ideal effect in treatment of vitiligo.
