足三里穴位针刺加口服粘连缓解汤在促进腹部手术后康复的疗效研究

Curative Effect Research of Zusanli Point Acupuncture plus Oral Adhesion Relief Decoction in Promoting Rehabilitation after Abdominal Operation

目的探讨针刺足三里穴加口服粘连缓解汤,在腹部手术后胃肠功能等机体康复疗效研究。方法为治疗组l18例,双侧足三里针刺,口服粘连缓解汤。对照组118例,中西医常规治疗。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组,对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双侧足三里穴位针刺加粘连缓解汤口服,既有药物促进、增进胃肠道张力、减轻腹胀,尽快通气作用,又有足三里穴位刺激效果,针药协同,可提高术后康复疗效。

Objective to investigate curative effect of acupuncture at Zusanli point plus oral adhesive relief decoction on gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery.Methods 18 cases in treatment group were treated with acupuncture on both sides of Zusanli and oral adhesion relief decoction,118 cases in control group with traditional Chinese and western medicine.Results total effective rate was 97.45%in treatment group and 85.55%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion bilateral acupuncture at Zusanli acupoint plus oral adhesion relieve decoction,has effect of promoting medicine,improving gastrointestinal tension,reducing abdominal distension,ventilating soon,and stimulation effect of Zusanli acupuncture point,which can increase postoperative rehabilitation effect based on acupuncture combined with medicine.
