补中益气汤对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及生存质量的影响

Effect of Supplementing Center Replenishing Qi decoction on Pulmonary Function and Life Quality of Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探究稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者采取补中益气汤治疗对肺功能及生存质量的影响。方法入选病例选取我院2016年12月至2018年12月期间收治的92例患者,按随机数表法分成对照组(46例)与观察组(46例),对照组行常规西医治疗,基于此,观察组联合补中益气汤治疗,比较两组治疗后肺功能[1s用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)]与生存质量[圣乔治生活质量问卷(SGRQ)]。结果相比对照组,观察组治疗后FEV1、FVC、MVV均较高,SGRQ量表各维度评分均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳定期COPD患者在常规西医治疗基础上,加用补中益气汤可提高患者肺功能,改善生存质量。

Objective to investigate effect of supplementing center replenishing Qi decoction on lung function and life quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable period.Methods choose 92 cases COPD patients admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018,divide them into control group(46 cases)and observation group(46 cases)according to random digital table method.Control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment,and observation group with supplementing center replenishing Qi decoction on above basis.Compare lung function[forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum ventilation per minute(MVV)]and life quality[St.George Quality of Life Questionnaire(SGRQ)].Results FEV1,FVC,and MVV in observation group after treatment was higher than control group,and scores of SGRQ scale were lower,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine western medicine treatment,supplementing center replenishing Qi decoction can increase lung function and improve life quality of COPD patients at stable period.
