吻合器痔疮手术对严重痔疮患者的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Anastomat Hemorrhoids Operation on Patients with Severe Hemorrhoids

目的探析吻合器痔疮手术对严重痔疮患者的疗效。方法研究对象选取了2018年2月至2019年6月于我院接受手术治疗的60例严重痔疮患者,用数字随机表法分组,20例/组。对照组采用传统手术治疗,观察组患者采用吻合器痔疮手术治疗,对两组手术方法的治疗有效性和安全性进行对照。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗有效率更高,有显著差异;观察组与对照组相比,手术指标和术后指标更优化,并发症发生率更低,疼痛程度更轻,均有显著差异。结论在严重痔疮患者的临床治疗上,选择吻合器痔疮手术进行治疗获得的临床效果颇为理想,兼具有效性与安全性,具备推广价值。

Objective to analyze effect of anastomat hemorrhoids surgery on patients with severe hemorrhoids.Methods choose 60 cases severe hemorrhoids patients with surgical treatment in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 as research objects,divide them into groups with digital random table method,20 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional surgery,and observation group with anastomat hemorrhoids.Compare effectiveness and safety of two groups of surgical methods.Results observation group had higher treatment effect than control group with significant differences;observation group had better surgical and postoperative indicators,lower incidence of complications,and less pains than control group,with significant difference.Conclusion in clinical treatment of patients with severe hemorrhoids,anastomat hemorrhoid surgery can achieve ideal clinical effect,which is effective and safe with promotion value.
