盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎的疗效研究

Curative Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride on Children with Pneumonia

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎的疗效研究。方法将2017年10月至2019年3月在我院儿科治疗的80例小儿肺炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组使用头孢他啶治疗,在此基础上观察组使用盐酸氨溴索治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、症状消失时间、不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组的两组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、咳痰、气促、发热、肺部啰音等消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组恶心、腹痛、呕吐、皮疹等不良反应发生率与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎的疗效显著,能加快炎症的消退,促进症状缓解,且治疗安全性高,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective to investigate curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride on children with pneumonia.Methods divide 80 cases pneumonia children treated in pediatrics department of our hospital from October 2017 to March 2019,divide them into two groups randomly,control group was treated with ceftazidime,and observation group with ambroxol hydrochloride.Compare clinical effect,symptoms disappearance time,and adverse reactions of two groups.Results effective rate of observation group was 97.5%,significantly higher than 77.5%of control group(P<0.05);disappearance time of cough,sputum,shortness of breath,fever,and rales in observation group was significantly shorter than control group P<0.05);incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,abdominal pain,vomiting,and rash in observation group was not significantly different from control group(P>0.05).Conclusion ambroxol hydrochloride is effective in treating pneumonia of children,can accelerate resolution of inflammation,promote symptom relief with high clinical safety,which is of positive clinical significance.
