枸橼酸氯米芬联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗内分泌失调性不孕的临床研究

Clinical Study of Clomiphene Citrate Combined with Chorionic Gonadotropin in Treatment of Endocrine Infertility

目的对于应用枸橼酸氯米芬联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗内分泌失调性不孕的影响进行探讨。方法研究对象选取时间为2017年6月至2018年6月,数量为180例来本院治疗的患有内分泌失调性不孕女性患者,平均分成观察组与对照组,应用药物为雌性激素进行治疗的为对照组,观察组患者则应用枸橼酸氯米芬联合绒毛膜促性腺激素进行治疗,疗程为连续3个月经周期。对比两组女性患者在治疗前后黄体生成素与卵泡刺激素水平与成功妊娠率与临床治疗有效率。结果患者在治疗后的LH与FSH水平均高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),统计学意义明显。观察组患者在治疗后的妊娠成功率优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),统计学意义明显。结论针对患有内分泌失调性不孕患者应用枸橼酸氯米芬联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗效果显著,具有推广价值。

Objective to explore effect of clomiphene citrate combined with chorionic gonadotropin in treatment of endocrine dysfunctional infertility.Methods choose 180 cases female patients with endocrine infertility in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 as research objects,divide them into observation group and control group in average.Control group was treated with female hormone,and observation group with clomiphene citrate combined with chorionic gonadotropin for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.Compare levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone and successful pregnancy rate and clinical treatment effect of two groups before and after treatment.Results LH and FSH levels of patients after treatment were higher than before,and observation group were significantly higher than control group.Pregnancy success rate of observation group after treatment was 77.77%,that of control group was only 54.44%.Conclusion clomiphene citrate combined with chorionic gonadotropin has significant effect on patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility,which is of value of promotion.
