探讨身心综合护理对急性心肌梗死(AMI)并左心衰竭患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后负性情绪及心功能的影响

To Investigate the Effect of Physical and Mental Comprehensive Nursing on Negative Emotion and Cardiac Function after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) and Left Heart Failure

目的探讨身心综合护理对急性心肌梗死(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI)并左心衰竭患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(Percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后负性情绪及心功能的影响。方法将2018年1月至2019年1月本院行PCI手术的700患者中筛选出30例急性心肌梗死(AMI)并左心衰竭患者,随机分为参照组和研究组,每组15例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施身心综合护理。对比两组护理干预效果。结果负性情绪比较,护理干预前后,研究组的SAS和SDS评分都比对比组低(P<0.05)。心功能指标比较,研究组LVEF和LVEDV指标都优于对比组。术后6MWD比较,研究组高于对比组(P<0.05)。研究组不良血管事件发生率为6.67%,对比组为26.67%,组间比较,研究组更低(c^2=7.200,P=007)。结论对行PCI手术的急性心肌梗死并左心衰竭患者进行身心综合护理,可以显著改善其负性情绪和心功能。

Objective To study the effects of physical and mental health care on the negative mood and cardiac function after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and left heart failure(PCI).Methods A total of 30 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and left heart failure were selected from 700 patients who underwent PCI operation from January 2018 to January 2019,and were randomly divided into reference group and study group,each group of 15 cases.The study group carried out the physical and mental health care in the reference group for routine care.The effect of two groups of nursing intervention was compared.Results After nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of LVEF and LVEDV in the study group were better than those of the control group.The study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse vessel events in the study group was 6.67%,the contrast group was 26.67%,and the group was lower(c^2=7.200,P=007).Conclusion Comprehensive physical and mental nursing care for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with left heart failure after PCI can significantly improve their negative mood and cardiac function.
