摘要
目的研究气管切开患者应用集束化护理预防切口感染的效果。方法选择我院接收的200例气管切开患者,随机数字表法分观察组(集束化护理)与对照组(常规护理)各100例,比较两组护理效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组置管时间及住院时间短;并发症率及切口感染率低,P<0.05。结论集束化护理能预防气管切开患者发生切口感染且提高整体疗效。
Objective To study the effect of cluster nursing on prevention of incision infection in patients with tracheotomy.Methods 200 patients received tracheotomy in our hospital were selected,and 100 patients were divided into observation group(cluster nursing)and control group(routine nursing)by random number table method,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the time of catheterization and hospitalization was shorter in the observation group.Complication rate and incision infection rate were low,P<0.05.Conclusion Cluster nursing can prevent incision infection in patients with tracheotomy and improve the overall efficacy.
