护理干预措施对预防骨科患者下肢静脉血栓的作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Prevention of Lower Extremity Venous Thrombosis in Orthopedic Patients

目的探讨护理干预措施对预防骨科患者下肢静脉血栓的效果。方法选择我院收治的75例骨科下肢大手术治疗患者作为研究对象,按照数字表随机分组法将75例患者分为两组,对照组围术期给予常规护理,观察组围术期进行循证护理干预,比较两组患者卧床时间、住院时间、下肢静脉血栓(DVT)发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者卧床时间和住院时间都低于对照组,两组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后DVT发生率显著低于对照,而护理满意度各维度评分高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论循证护理能明显促进患者术后康复,降低术后并发症发生率,在骨科手术患者治疗中有较好的应用效果。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of lower extremity venous thrombosis in orthopedic patients.Methods 75 cases of orthopaedic patients undergoing lower extremity surgery were selected as the research objects.75 cases were randomly divided into two groups according to the numerical table.The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period.The observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention during the perioperative period.The lying time,hospitalization time,DVT occurrence and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The bed rest and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative DVT in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the scores of all dimensions of nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can obviously promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and has a good effect in the treatment of orthopedic surgery patients.
