显微外科技术结合Ilizarov外固定架治疗胫骨外露合并骨缺损的临床探讨

摘要 目的探讨显微外科技术结合Ilizarov外固定架治疗胫骨外露合并骨缺损的效果及安全性。方法选取我院胫骨外露并骨缺损患者61例(2017年11月至2019年2月),所有患者均采取显微外科技术结合Ilizarov外固定架治疗。统计本组手术情况、治疗优良率、并发症发生情况。结果本组手术时间为(85.11±10.28)min,外固定支架固定时间为(14.91±2.02)个月,骨迁移长度为(5.98±1,69)cm;本组治疗优良率为95.08%(58/61),并发症发生率为3.28%(2/61)。结论采取显微外科技术结合Ilizarov外固定架治疗胫骨外露合并骨缺损,创伤小,治疗效果好,且具有安全性。 Objective To explore the effect and safety of microsurgery combined with Ilizarov external fixator in the treatment of tibial exposure with bone defect.Methods 61 patients with tibial exposure and bone defect(November 2017 February 2019)were selected.All patients were treated with microsurgery combined with Ilizarov external fixator.The operation condition,excellent rate of treatment and complications were analyzed.Results The operation time was(85.11±10.28)min,the external fixation time was(14.91±2.02)months,the bone migration length was(5.98±1.69)cm,the excellent and good rate of treatment was 95.08%(58/61),and the complication rate was 3.28%(2/61).Conclusion Microsurgery combined with Ilizarov external fixator was used to treat tibial exposure combined with bone defect,which had little trauma,good therapeutic effect and safety.
