腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统开腹胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效比较

Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Traditional Open Cholecystectomy for Cholecystolithiasis

目的对腹腔镜胆囊切除术与传统开腹胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的临床疗效进行比较。方法选取本院收治的胆囊结石患者共264例,时间集中在2015年3月至2019年3月,将患者随机分为对照组与实验组,对照组使用传统开腹胆囊切除术,实验组使用腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对比两组手术的临床疗效。结果两组患者接受疗效评估,评测显示实验组的整体疗效较对照组有更高水平,数据计算显示P<0.05,有统计学意义。实验组的术中出血量少于对照组,且手术持续时间、肠胃恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组较对照组有更低水平的术后并发症发生率(切口感染、腹腔内出血、胆漏、肺部感染),数据计算显示P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论在胆囊结石的治疗中,腹腔镜胆囊切除术的治疗效果优于传统开腹胆囊切除术,能有效缩短治疗与恢复时间,降低并发症的发生率,具有手术创口小、出血量少、感染几率低的特点,提高了治疗的安全性,该治疗手段值得进行大力推广。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and traditional open cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis.Methods A total of 264 patients with gallstones in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2019 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with traditional open cholecystectomy,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Two groups of patients were evaluated,and the evaluation showed that the overall efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the data calculation showed that P<0.05,with statistical significance.The amount of bleeding during operation in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of operation,recovery time of intestine and stomach,and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications(incision infection,intra-abdominal hemorrhage,biliary leakage,pulmonary infection)was lower in the experimental group than in the control group.Data calculation showed that P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is superior to traditional open cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis.It can effectively shorten the treatment and recovery time and reduce the incidence of complications.It has the characteristics of small incision,less bleeding and low infection rate,and improves the safety of treatment.It is worth promoting vigorously.
