中医推拿按摩治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Chinese Massage on Children with Dyspepsia Diarrhea

目的探究在对小儿消化不良性腹泻进行治疗时,采用中医推拿按摩疗法的治疗效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年9月在我院进行治疗的小儿腹泻患者200例,经诊断患儿为消化不良性腹泻。采用随机表格法将患儿分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组100例。两组采用不同的治疗方式,对照组患儿给予常规西药治疗,观察组患儿在用药基础上进行中医推拿按摩治疗。治疗后,对比两组患儿的治疗总有效率;对比患儿腹泻症状消失时间、住院时间以及用药时间。结果对比疗效,观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对比治疗时间,观察组患儿症状消失时间、住院时间和用药时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论在治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻时,采用中医推拿按摩治疗的效果较好,对于小儿患者来说安全性较高。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese massage on children with dyspepsia diarrhea.Methods Two hundred children with diarrhea who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to September 2019 were selected and diagnosed as dyspepsia.Children were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,100 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with different methods.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese massage on the basis of medicine.After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the disappearance time,hospitalization time and medication time of diarrhea symptoms were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the treatment time,the symptoms disappeared time,the hospitalization time and the medication time were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion In the treatment of children’s dyspepsia diarrhea,the effect of traditional Chinese massage is better,and the safety is higher for children.
