口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Dental Prosthesis in the Treatment of Congenital Missing Teeth

目的分析口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果。方法选取在我院进行治疗的先天性缺牙患者34例为研究对象,选取的时间为2018年8月至2019年8月,分为对照组和修复组,每组17例,对照组患者进行正畸治疗,修复组患者进行口腔修复治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及咀嚼功能和语言功能。结果在进行治疗后,修复组患者的治疗效果明显好于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);修复组患者的咀嚼功能和语言功能评分都高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复治疗可以提高先天性缺牙患者的治疗效果,提高咀嚼功能和语言功能,具有使用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oral prosthesis in the treatment of congenital missing teeth.Methods Thirty-four patients with congenital edentulous teeth treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.The time range from August 2018 to August 2019 was divided into control group and repair group,17 cases in each group.Orthodontic treatment in the control group,and the patients in the repair group underwent oral prosthetic treatment.The clinical efficacy and chewing function and language function of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the therapeutic effect of the repair group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The masticatory function and language function scores of the repair group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral repair treatment can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with congenital edentulous teeth,improve chewing function and language function,and has value in use.
