分析全程导乐分娩对缩短经阴道分娩产程及减少产后并发症的临床效果

To Analyze the Clinical Effect of Whole Course Doula Delivery on Shortening the Labor Process of Transvaginal Delivery and Reducing Postpartum Complications

目的研究探讨全程导乐分娩对缩短经阴道分娩产程及减少产后并发症的临床效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治经阴道分娩的产妇3500例作为研究对象,随机分为两组后给予不同分娩护理方案展开临床护理,其中研究组行全程导乐分娩护理,对比组行常规护理,统计记录两组患者接受不同护理干预后各产程所用时间以及产后并发症发生率,并进行对比。结果两组患者经过不同护理干预后,研究组患者各产程所用时间总量以及产后并发症发生率均低于对比组患者且对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程导乐分娩应用在经阴道分娩产妇的临床护理中,能有效提高产妇依从性,缩短其产程时间,减少产妇产后并发症发生率。因此,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of whole course Doula delivery on shortening the delivery process and reducing the postpartum complications.Methods Three thousand and five hundred cases of parturients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups and given different delivery care plans to carry out clinical nursing.The study group received the whole process of Doula delivery nursing,and the control group received routine nursing.The time of each delivery process and the incidence of postpartum complications were recorded after the two groups received different nursing interventions Compare.Results After different nursing intervention,the total time and the incidence of postpartum complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole course Doula delivery in the clinical nursing of the parturient can effectively improve the compliance of the parturient,shorten the time of delivery and reduce the incidence of postpartum complications.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
