产后访视及妇女保健在产后康复中的应用探讨

目的探讨、分析在女性产后康复过程中,开展产后访视和妇女保健的临床实践价值。方法选择2014年07月01日至2018年12月31日在我院住院分娩的100名女性为研究对象,按照随机数字表随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各50例,前者给予基础性常规护理,后者在常规护理基础上联合产后访视和妇女保健,将两组产妇产后健康康复情况和新生儿发育情况进行对比分析。结果对照组和观察组研究对象经实施不同方案干预后,观察组研究对象产后切口感染、产后抑郁以及产后高血压病等并发症的发生率、新生儿脐炎、湿疹、红臀、病理性黄疸等疾病的发生率均明显低于对照组研究对象及其新生儿,经分析、比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对产后妇女实施产后访视和妇女保健,产妇产后抑郁、切口感染等相关并发症和新生儿脐带感染、红臀、湿疹等能够有效降低,为促进产妇产后康复起到了积极有效的作用,具有良好的临床实践价值。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical practice value of postpartum visits and women’s health care in the process of postpartum rehabilitation for women.Methods A total of 100 women who were hospitalized and delivered in our hospital from July 01,2014 to December 31,2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group and the observation group each had 50 cases.The former was given.Basic routine nursing,the latter combined postpartum visits and women’s health care on the basis of routine care,and compared the postnatal health rehabilitation and neonatal development of the two groups.Results The control group and the observation group studied the incidence of complications such as postpartum incision infection,postpartum depression and postpartum hypertension,neonatal umbilitis,eczema,red hip,pathological The incidence of jaundice and other diseases were significantly lower than those in the control group and their newborns.After analysis and comparison,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum visits and health care for postpartum women can effectively reduce postpartum depression,incision infections and other related complications,as well as neonatal umbilical cord infections,red buttocks,and eczema,and play a positive and effective role in promoting postpartum rehabilitation,Has good clinical practice value.
