孕期孕妇添补维生素D对新生儿骨代谢相关指标影响

摘要 目的分析孕妇及其新生儿骨代谢状况。方法研究对象选择我院(珠海市中西医结合医院)分娩的孕妇以及新生儿,例数共计86例,时间为2018年7月1日至2019年7月1日。所有入选的孕妇在入院当日采集静脉血3~4mL,新生儿则为分娩后24小时内采集脐带血3~4mL,离心血清,进行血钙、碱性磷酸酶、25-羟胆骨化醇等检测。结果观察组孕妇的血清总碱性磷酸酶为(173.29±44.31)U/L,而新生儿的血清总碱性磷酸酶水平则为(117.26±30.45)U/L;对照组孕妇的血清总碱性磷酸酶为(131.83±40.27)U/L,而新生儿的血清总碱性磷酸酶水平则为(93.28±25.37)U/L;两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组25-羟胆骨化醇平均值新生儿则为(20.34±0.61)ng/mL;对照组新生儿则为(14.28±0.63)ng/mL;两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组孕妇的血清钙为(2.52±0.038)mmLol/L,新生儿血清钙为(1.98±0.24)mmLol/L;对照组孕妇血清钙(2.28±0.045)mmLol/L,新生儿血清钙为(1.26±0.05)mmLol/L。结论本次实验的结果能反应出骨细胞的功能状态指标中,维生素D直接影响胎儿的状态,因此维生素D的缺乏会影响胎儿的骨代谢状态,所以孕期可以适当的补充维生素D。 Objective Analysis of bone metabolism in pregnant women and their newborns.Methods The subjects of the study selected pregnant women and newborns who gave birth in our hospital(Zhuhai Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital),with a total of 86 cases,from July 1,2018 to July 1,2019.All the selected pregnant women collected 3~4 mL of venous blood on the day of admission,and the newborn collected 3~4 mL of umbilical cord blood within 24 hours after delivery,centrifuged serum,blood calcium,alkaline phosphatase,25-hydroxycholine ossification and so on.Results The serum total alkaline phosphatase in the observation group was(173.29±44.31)U/L,while the serum total alkaline phosphatase level in the newborn was(117.26±30.45)U/L,and the serum total alkaline phosphatase in the control group was(131.83±40.27)U/L,while the serum total alkaline phosphatase level in the newborn was(93.28±25.37)U/L.In the observation group,the average value of 25-hydroxycholesterol was(20.34±0.61)ng/mL in the neonates.The children were(14.28±0.63)ng/mL,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.serum calcium in pregnant women in the observation group was(2.52±0.038)mmLo/l,neonatal serum calcium was(1.98±0.24)mmLo/l,control group was(2.28±0.045)mmLo/l,and neonatal serum calcium was(1.26±0.05)mmLo/l.Conclusion The results of this experiment can reflect that in the functional state index of bone cells,vitamin D directly affects the fetal state,so the deficiency of vitamin D will affect the bone metabolism state of the fetus,so vitamin D can be properly supplemented during pregnancy.
