摘要
目的探讨骨科膝关节损伤诊断的临床方法及其效果,以期为疾病诊疗提供参考依据。方法选取我院骨科膝关节损伤患者63例(2017年12月至2019年9月),所有受检者分别采取MRI常规检查及增强MRI检查,统计常规MRI扫描及增强MRI对膝关节损伤诊断情况。结果增强MRI对膝关节损伤准确度95.24%(60/63)高于常规MRI 80.95%(51/63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取MRI对骨科膝关节损伤患者实施诊断,具有一定应用价值,且增强MRI诊断准确度更高,可作为疾病重要诊断措施,为临床诊疗膝关节损伤提供客观参考依据。
Objective To explore the clinical methods and effects of the diagnosis of knee joint injury in orthopedics,in order to provide reference for disease diagnosis and treatment.Methods From December 2017 to September 2019,63 patients with knee joint injury in orthopedics department of our hospital were selected.All the patients were examined by routine MRI and enhanced MRI respectively,and the diagnosis of knee joint injury by routine MRI and enhanced MRI was analyzed.Results The accuracy of enhanced MRI was 95.24%(60/63)higher than that of conventional MRI 80.95%(51/63),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI can be used in the diagnosis of knee joint injury in orthopedics,which has certain application value,and the accuracy of enhanced MRI is higher.It can be used as an important diagnostic measure of disease,and provide objective reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of knee joint injury.
