女性盆底功能障碍性疾病中开展康复治疗及护理的效果

Effect of Rehabilitation Treatment and Nursing in Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

目的探讨分析女性盆底功能障碍性疾病中开展康复治疗以及护理的临床效果。方法收集整理我院妇产科于2018年8月至2019年8月收治的1300例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者的临床资料,将其作为此次研究的对象,根据不同的治疗方式分为对照组与观察组,两组各650例;给予对照组患者采用盆底康复治疗,观察组患者采用盆底康复治疗以及护理干预治疗;观察对比两组患者的盆底肌力恢复情况、两组患者的满意度以及不良受损症状发生率。结果观察组患者的盆底肌力恢复优良率92.31%(600/650)显著优于对照组患者盆底肌力恢复优良率73.54%(478/650),P<0.05;观察组患者对本次治疗的满意率95.54%(621/650)显著优于对照组患者满意率83.08%(540/650),P<0.05。结论在女性盆底功能障碍疾病中应用康复治疗及护理,效果显著,能够有效增强阴道肌群弹性,减少不良症状发生率,具有临床应用推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of rehabilitation and nursing in women with pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods A total of 1300 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction who were admitted to our department of obstetrics and gynecology from August 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled in this study.As the object of this study,according to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,650 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation,patients in the observation group were treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation and nursing intervention.The pelvic floor muscle strength recovery,the satisfaction and the incidence of badly impaired symptoms of the two groups were observed.Results The excellent rate of pelvic floor muscle strength recovery in the observation group was 92.31%(600/650),which was significantly higher than 73.54%(478/650)in the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.54%(621/650),which was significantly higher than 83.08%(540/650)of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment and nursing in female pelvic floor dysfunction diseases have significant effects,which can effectively enhance the elasticity of vaginal muscles and reduce the incidence of adverse symptoms,and have clinical application value.
