摘要 目的探讨肿瘤内科带教中应用CBL+PBL教学模式的应用效果分析。方法我院2018年7月肿瘤内科实施以案例为基础的学习方法(CBL)+以问题为向导的教学法(PBL)教学模式,比较2017年7月至2018年6月实施传统的讲授式教学法(LBL)的26名护生作为对比组与2018年7月至2019年6月实施CBL+PBL教学模式的26名护生作为研究组,实习期均为1个月,在实习结束前进行理论和操作考核。结果研究组护生的出科理论成绩、临床操作成绩及护理文书书写明显高于对比组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤内科带教中应用CBL+PBL教学模式效果明显优于LBL传统讲授教学法,提升教学质量。 Objective To explore the application effect of CBL PBL teaching mode in the teaching of oncology department.Methods In July 2018,the case-based learning method(CBL)was implemented in our hospital.The problem-guided(PBL)teaching method was used as the teaching method.The 26 nursing students who implemented the traditional teaching method(LBL)from July 2017 to June 2018 were compared as the control group and the 26 nursing students who implemented the CBL PBL teaching model from July 2018 to June 2019 as the study group.The internship period was one month.Conduct theoretical and operational assessment before the end of the internship.Results There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the CBL+PBL teaching mode in the teaching of the internal medicine of the tumor is obviously better than that of the traditional teaching method of the LBL,and the teaching quality is improved.
