彩色超声检查在急性胰腺炎临床诊断价值

Value of Color Ultrasonography in the Clinical Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨彩色超声检查在急性胰腺炎临床诊断价值。方法选择2018年6月至2019年10月来我院就诊的46例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,使用超声诊断仪检查,探究其影像学特征和诊断符合率。归纳检查结果,通过与CT检查、血尿淀酶检查对比,评价超声检查在急性胰腺炎临床诊断中的效果。结果彩色超声检查对轻型胰腺炎的检了率明显低于CT检查结果,P<0.05。结论在急性胰腺炎的临床诊断过程中,应用超声检查具有较高的准确率,经济性强等特征,对于提升患者疾病预后和治疗效果来讲,有着非常重要的现实意义,因此值得进一步在临床治疗中推广使用。

Objective To explore the value of color ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of acute pancreatitis.Methods 46 patients with acute pancreatitis who came to our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.The ultrasound diagnostic instrument was used to examine the imaging characteristics and diagnostic coincidence rate.Results Compared with CT examination and hematuria amylase examination,the effect of ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of acute pancreatitis was evaluated.Conclusion In the process of clinical diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,the application of ultrasound has the characteristics of high accuracy and strong economy.It has a very important practical significance for improving the prognosis and treatment effect of patients,so it is worth further promoting in clinical treatment.
