腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的临床疗效及对患者胃肠功能的影响

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colorectal Cancer and Its Influence on Gastrointestinal Function of Patients

目的探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的临床疗效及对患者胃肠功能的影响。方法选取某院2018年7月至2019年7月收治的78例结直肠癌患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。观察组患者给予腹腔镜直肠癌根治术,对照组患者给予传统开腹治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和肠胃功能的预后。结果观察组患者术后恢复正常排气、排便与进食的时间都比对照组短,并且观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和传统的开腹手术治疗相比,采用腹腔镜结肠癌根治术临床效果更好,有助于患者肠胃功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer and its influence on gastrointestinal function of patients.Methods Seventy-eight patients with colorectal cancer admitted to a hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer,while patients in the control group were treated with traditional laparotomy.The clinical effect and the prognosis of gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.Results The time for patients in the observation group to recover normal exhaust,defecation and eating after operation is shorter than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of patients in the observation group is significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional open surgery,laparoscopic colon cancer radical surgery has better clinical effect,which is helpful to the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
