针灸对慢性失眠症患者睡眠质量的影响探讨

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Sleep Quality of Patients with Chronic Insomnia

目的探讨在慢性失眠症治疗方式中采用针灸治疗对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2019年11月在我院进行治疗的慢性失眠症患者共80例,采用随机抽取的方式将患者分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对两组实施不同治疗方式,给予观察组中医针灸治疗,给予对照组常规药物治疗。采用PSQI对睡眠质量进行评分,对比治疗前后两组评分差异;对比两组治疗效果。结果对比疗效,针灸治疗观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对比睡眠质量,治疗前,两组PSQI评分差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后,两组均有所改善,观察组下降幅度大于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性失眠患者实施针灸治疗法,能够明显改善患者的睡眠质量,比常规用药治疗效果更佳,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture on sleep quality in patients with chronic insomnia.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,a total of 80 patients with chronic insomnia were selected to be treated in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The two groups were treated in different ways,and the observation group was given acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and the control group was given conventional drug treatment.PSQI was used to evaluate the sleep quality,and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the acupuncture treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with sleep quality,the difference of PSQI scores between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups improved.The decline of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can improve the sleep quality of patients with chronic insomnia,which is more effective than the conventional treatment,and has clinical application value.
