中医辨证治疗精神分裂症32例的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 32 Cases of Schizophrenia Treated by Syndrome Differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的对中医辨证治疗精神分裂症32例的临床治疗效果进行观察。方法采集2017年9月至2019年9月我院精神分裂症患者32例,通过随机法分为16例对照组(常规西药治疗)与16例研究组(中医辨证治疗),比较不同治疗方法实际效果的差异性。结果相较于对照组,研究组治疗有效率更高,差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前BPRS评分与IPROS评分差异小且无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于对照组,研究组BPRS评分与IPROS评分更低,差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症治疗中,可通过中医辨证方法以取得确切疗效,使患者精神症状得到改善,进一步促进患者病情恢复,具备较高的临床价值。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of 32 cases of schizophrenia treated by syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From September 2017 to September 2019,32 cases schizophrenics in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into 16 cases control groups(conventional western medicine treatment)and 16 cases study groups(TCM syndrome differentiation treatment)to compare the actual effect of different treatment methods.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the study group was higher,the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between BPRS and IPROS before treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,BPRS and IPROS in the study group were lower,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of schizophrenia,we can get the exact curative effect through the method of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,so that the patients’mental symptoms can be improved,and further promote the recovery of patients’condition,which has higher clinical value.
