腹腔镜疝气修补术与传统疝气修补术的效果对比探讨

Comparison of Laparoscopic Hernioplasty and Traditional Hernioplasty

目的分析探讨腹腔镜疝气修补术与传统疝气修补术的临床治疗效果。方法研究对象选择2018年1月至2019年7月到我院接收腹股沟疝气修补治疗的84例患者,并将其分成两组,包括42例观察组患者以及42例对照组患者;观察组患者腹腔镜疝气修补术治疗,对照组使用传统疝气修补术进行治疗,再对两组患者效果进行探讨分析。结果观察组患者接受腹腔镜治疗后,相较于对照组,其治疗效果更为显著,两组间差异较大,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜疝气修补术应用于腹股沟疝患者的治疗过程中,能够取得显著的治疗效果,使患者的临床症状得到有效改善,大大减少患者住院时间,减少并发症的发生,有较高的应用价值,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic hernioplasty and traditional hernioplasty.Methods Eighty-four patients with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases).Patients in observation group were treated with laparoscopic hernia repair,while patients in control group were treated with traditional hernia repair,then the effect of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment effect of the observation group is more significant,the difference between the two groups is larger,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion Laparoscopic hernioplasty can effectively improve clinical symptoms,shorten hospitalization time and reduce complications in patients with inguinal hernia.It has high application value and is worth promoting.
