探讨新冠状病毒肺炎流行期间肿瘤患者居家护理的指导

Discussion on the Guidance of Home Care for Cancer Patints during the Eprdemic Period of 2019 Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia

目的探讨新冠状病毒肺炎流行期间肿瘤患者居家护理的指导。方法研究对象为肿瘤科2020年01月20日至2020年2月8日出院的肿瘤患者中随机抽取100例患者,应用电话、微信等方式进行随访、宣教、宣教后追踪,分析这100位患者在新冠状病毒肺炎流行期间居家自我护理存在的主要问题。结果对数据进行分析,发现居家期间患者出现不安全因素的有62人,且发现部分患者,单个体可出现多项不安全因素,经统计,这62人的不安全因素总例数为127例,其中心理压力大而至的焦虑占42.52%,2019-ncov防护知识缺乏占33.86%,饮食结构不合理占24.41%,针对这三项不安全因素进行重点宣教指导及跟踪。结论面对新冠状病毒肺炎的流行,针对肿瘤患者居家的护理,不仅要注意患者身心健康,同时要利用多种途径对患者进行健康宣教,传递严谨的科学观和良好的方法来正确预防新冠状病毒肺炎,避免感染和传播是行之有效的。

Objective Discussion on the guidance of home care for cancer patints during the eprdemic period of 2019 Novel Coronavirus pneumonia.Methods 100 patients were randomly selected from the cancer patients discharged from the oncology department from January 20,2020 to February 8,2020.They were followed up by telephone,wechat and so on.The main problems of home-based self-care during the period of new coronavirus pneumonia were analyzed.The data were analyzed and summarized.Results By analyzing the data,62 patients were found to have unsafe factors at home,and some patients could have multiple unsafe factors in a single person.According to statistics,the total number of unsafe factors in 62 patients was 127,42.52%of them were anxiety caused by psychological stress,33.86%of them were lack of 2019-ncov protection knowledge,24.41%of them were unreasonable diet structure.Conclusion In the face of the prevalence of new coronavirus pneumonia,for home care of cancer patients,we should not only pay attention to the physical and mental health of patients,but also use a variety of ways to carry out health education for patients,pass strict scientific outlook and good methods to correctly prevent new coronavirus pneumonia and avoid infection and transmission.
