蛇蝎止痛胶囊联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗癌痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on She Xie Zhi Tong Capsules Combined with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets for Cancer Pain

目的观察蛇蝎止痛胶囊联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗癌痛的疗效。方法遵循随机数字法将120例癌痛患者分为60例对照组(盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗)、60例治疗组(蛇蝎止痛胶囊治疗),治疗1周后评价治疗前后疼痛改善情况及体力状况改善情况。结果1周后治疗组总有效率91.7%优于对照组63.3%,KPS评分提高较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论蛇蝎止痛胶囊联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗癌性疼痛疗效可,值得进一步研究。

Objective To observe the effect of She Xie Zhi Tong Capsules combined with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets on cancer pain.Methods According to the random number method,120 patients with cancer pain were divided into 60 control groups(oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets)and 60 treatment groups(she Xie Zhi Tong Capsules),and the pain improvement before and after treatment was evaluated after 1 week of treatment.And physical condition improvement.Results After 1 week,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7%better than that of the control group,63.3%,and the KPS score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion She Xie Zhi Tong Capsules combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for the treatment of cancer pain Yes,it is worth further research.
