特布他林联合布地奈德雾化治疗对儿童支气管哮喘临床症状及肺功能的影响

Effects of Terbutaline combined with Budesonide on Clinical Symptoms and Lung Function of Children with Bronchial Asthma

儿童支气管哮喘对患儿的生长发育影响很大,本研究目的重点探讨特布他林联合布地奈德雾化对该病的治疗效果。研究方法为将符合研究条件的120例患儿随机分组,两组在哮喘急性发作期,均接受吸氧、补液、抗感染等对症支持治疗和特布他林雾化吸入治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合布地耐德、对照组联合孟鲁司特治疗,90天后,观察治疗结果。结果显示,观察组疗效较好,比对照组有显著优势(P<0.05)。由此证明,针对儿童支气管哮喘患者而言,特布他林联合布地奈德雾化治疗疗效较好,可临床推广。

Children’s bronchial asthma has a great influence on the growth and development of children.Methods to conform to the conditions of 120 cases of children with random group,two groups in asthma acute phase,all accept oxygen,rehydration,anti-infection and other support therapy and terbutaline aerosol inhalation therapy,on this basis,the observation group joint cloth to DE,the control group joint meng LuSi treatment,after 90 days,to observe the treatment results.The results showed that the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).This proves that for children with bronchial asthma,terbutaline combined with budesonide atomization therapy has a good effect and can be promoted clinically.
