PDCA循环管理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果

Effect of PDCA Circulation Management in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨PDCA循环管理应用于维持性血液透析患者的临床效果。方法纳入2018年1月至2019年6月在我院进行血液透析治疗的终末期肾病患者360例。根据随机数字表法,分为对照组180例和观察组180例。对照组接受常规血液透析护理,观察组接受PDCA循环护理模式。观察两组患者的生活质量变化、高血磷比例变化和两组护理满意度。结果护理后,两组患者的生理健康评分、心理健康评分、合理饮食评分和并发症认知评分均高于护理前,且观察组的评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的高血磷比例低于对照组(22.78%vs 40.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)(p<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(96.67%vs 79.45%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于血液透析患者,PDCA循环护理管理模式具有更好的护理效果,可显著提高患者的生活质量,降低血磷水平,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of PDCA circulation management in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,360 patients with end-stage renal disease underwent hemodialysis in our hospital.According to the random number table method,180 cases were divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine hemodialysis nursing,while the observation group received PDCA circulation nursing mode.The quality of life,the proportion of high blood phosphorus and the satisfaction of nursing in the two groups were observed.Results After nursing,the physiological health score,mental health score,reasonable diet score and cognitive score of complications of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the proportion of high blood phosphorus in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(22.78%vs 40.00%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Rational satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs 79.45%,P<0.05).Conclusion For hemodialysis patients,PDCA circulation nursing management model has better nursing effect,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the level of blood phosphorus,improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical promotion.
