神经源性骨化性肌炎的临床诊治分析

Analysis of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Neurogenic Ossifying Myositis

目的对神经源性骨化性肌炎的临床诊治进行分析。方法对2019年04月来我院就诊的1例神经源性骨化性肌炎患者资料进行回顾性分析,对患者治疗后的效果进行评价。结果患者经保守治疗后,其病情得到了有效的控制,影像学检查患者病灶未见明显增大。结论结合患者病史,临床表现以及辅助检查能够准确的对患者进行诊断,保守治疗能够有效的改善神经源性骨化性肌炎患者的病情,避免患者病灶进一步增大,使用价值高,值得在临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment of neurogenic ossifying myositis.Methods A case of neurogenic ossifying myositis in our hospital from April 2019 were analyzed retrospectively,and the effect of the patients after treatment were evaluated.Results After conservative treatment,the patient’s condition was effectively controlled,and the lesions of the patients were not significantly enlarged.Conclusion Combined with the patient’s history,clinical manifestations and auxiliary examination,it can accurately diagnose the patients.Conservative treatment can effectively improve the condition of patients with neurogenic ossifying myositis,avoid the further enlargement of patients’focus,and have high use value,thus it is worth promoting in clinical.
