摘要
不同文献对于血尿酸水平与冠心病相关性及是否与性别有关结论各异。故本文对我院慢病管理人群中50岁以上非冠心病及冠心病患者尿酸水平进行研究。按性别、年龄给出冠心病与UA、年龄之间的相关性分析,得出女性冠心病患者尿酸水平明显高于非冠心病,且尿酸水平随年龄的增加而增加,而男性冠心病组与非冠心病组尿酸水平无明显差异。
Different literatures have different conclusions on correlation between serum uric acid level and coronary heart disease and relationship with gender.Therefore,the paper studies uric acid level of chronic disease management population over 50 with non coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease of our hospital.Based on analysis of correlation between coronary heart disease and UA,age,it concludes that uric acid level of female patients with coronary heart disease is significantly higher than non coronary heart disease,and uric acid level increases with increase of age,and difference showed no significant between male non coronary heart disease group and coronary heart disease group.
