摘要
目的分析聚焦解决模式在脑卒中患者健康教育和康复护理中所发挥的效果。方法选择我院在2018年2月至2019年3月诊治的脑卒中患者96例进行护理分析,将患者分为研究组和对照组各48例,研究组采用聚焦解决模式对患者进行健康教育和康复护理,对照组给予常规护理模式,对比两组患者生活自理能力评分和生活质量评分。结果研究组患者各项评分均高于对照组,数据对比P<0.05。结论在脑卒中患者健康教育和康复护理中应用聚焦解决模式可显著改善患者的生活质量,提升自我生活能力,综合护理价值高,值得应用。
Objective to analyze effect of focused solution model in health education and rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients.Methods choose 96 cases stroke patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 for nursing analysis.Divide them into study group and control group,48 cases in each group.Study group was treated with focused solution model,carry out health education and rehabilitation nursing for patients,while control group with routine nursing mode.Compare scores of self-care ability and life quality of two groups.Results scores of study group were higher than those in control group,data comparison showed P<0.05.Conclusion in health education and rehabilitation nursing,focused solution model can improve life quality,improve self-life ability of stroke patients significantly,with high value of comprehensive nursing,which is worthy of application.
