接受无痛胃肠镜检查的老年患者实施护理安全管理的方法及效果探讨

Methods and Effect Discussion on Nursing Safety Management on Elderly Patients with Painless Gastroscopy

目的研究老年无痛胃镜检查的安全护理管理方法和效果。方法以2019年1月至2019年12月我院行无痛胃镜检查的老年患者112例为研究对象,随机分为对照组、实验组,两组均有患者56例。前者行常规护理,后者在前者的基础上加以安全护理管理,比较护理效果。结果不良事件对照组共发生7例,所占比例为12.50%,而实验组仅发生1例,所占比例为1.75%,实验组数据显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组的护理质量评分为(82.56±3.15)分,实验组的护理质量评分为(96.85±2.45)分,实验组数据显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将安全护理管理应用于老年无痛胃镜检查患者中,能够显著降低不良事件的发生,同时也显著提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective to study methods and effect of safe nursing management on elderly patients with painless gastroscopy.Methods treat 112 cases elderly patients with painless gastroscopy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 as research objects,divide them into control group and experimental group randomly,56 cases in each groups.The former group was treated with routine nursing,and the latter with safe nursing management on the basis of the former.Compare nursing effect between groups.Results 7 cases occurred adverse events in control group,accounting for 12.50%,while only 1 case occurred in experimental group,accounting for 1.75%.Data in experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);nursing quality scores was(82.56±3.15)points in control group,and those in experimental group were(96.85±2.45)points.data in experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion safe nursing management can reduce incidence of adverse events of elderly patients with painless gastroscopy significantly,and improve their satisfaction degree with nursing work,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
