案例教学法在现代消化内科护理教学中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Case Teaching Method in Nursing Teaching of Modern Digestive Medicine

目的探究分析在现代消化内科护理教学中采取案例教学法的应用价值。方法从2017年6月至2019年6月我院现代内科实习护生中抽选56名,根据教学方法的不同分为两组,接受案例教学法的列为实验组,共28名,接受传统教学法的列为对照组,共28名,对比两组教学效果。结果实验组护生理论成绩、实操成绩、综合成绩、学习能力、沟通能力、工作能力均明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论在现代消化内科护理教学中采取案例教学法能够有效锻炼和提升学生护理操作能力和专业能力,同时也能更好的取得护生认可,值得临床推广应用。

Objective to explore application value of case teaching teaching method in nursing teaching of modern digestive medicine.Methods choose 56 students from modern medical internship nurses in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019.Divide them into two groups according to different teaching methods.Experiment group of 28 was treated with case teaching method,and control group of 28 with traditional teaching method.Compare teaching effects of two groups.Results theoretical score,practical performance,comprehensive performance,learning ability,communication ability,and working ability of nursing students in experimental group was significantly higher control group,P<0.05,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion case teaching method can effectively exercise and improve nursing operation ability and professional ability of students in modern digestive medicine nursing teaching,can obtain better recognition of nursing students,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
