老龄骨质疏松女性患者检验血清骨钙素联合定量CT的诊断精度研究

Diagnostic Accuracy Study of Serum Osteocalcin Combined with Quantitative CT of Elderly Female Patients with Osteoporosis

目的研究老龄骨质疏松女性患者检验血清骨钙素联合定量CT的诊断精度。方法 110例疑似骨质疏松老年女性患者均接受骨密度检查作为骨质疏松的诊断金标准,同时还接受定量CT诊断与血清骨钙素检验。结果应用骨密度检查,110例中确诊骨质疏松87例、非骨质疏松23例。骨质疏松患者定量CT均值(4.22±1.89)pmol/L,显著低于非骨质疏松患者的(28.89±16.53)pmol/L(P<0.05)。骨质疏松患者血清骨钙素均值(2.05±0.58)ng/L,显著低于非骨质疏松患者的(10.10±1.49)ng(P<0.05)。定量CT联合骨钙素检验诊断骨质疏松的特异度及诊断符合率显著高于单纯应用定量CT或骨钙素检验(P<0.05)。结论骨质疏松患者定量CT值与骨钙素水平显著下降,定量CT联合骨钙素检验来诊断老年女性骨质疏松症具有良好的诊断精度。

Objective to study diagnostic accuracy of serum osteocalcin combined with quantitative CT of elderly women with osteoporosis.Methods detect 110 cases elderly female patients with suspected osteoporosis by bone density test as gold standard for osteoporosis diagnosis,caryy on quantitative CT diagnosis and serum osteocalcin test at the same time.Results after bone mineral density examination of 110 cases,87 were diagnosed with osteoporosis and 23 with non-osteoporosis.Mean value of quantitative CT of osteoporosis patients was (4.22±1.89) pmol / L,significantly lower than non-osteoporosis patients (28.89±16.53) pmol / L (P <0.05).Mean serum osteocalcin of osteoporosis patients was (2.05±0.58) ng / L,significantly lower than without osteoporosis (10.10±1.49) ng (P<0.05).Specificity and coincidence rate of quantitative CT combined with osteocalcin test in osteoporosis diagnosis was significantly higher than quantitative CT or osteocalcin test only,(P<0.05).Conclusion quantitative CT value and osteocalcin level of osteoporosis patients decreased significantly,quantitative CT combined with osteocalcin test has good diagnostic accuracy in diagnosis of osteoporosis in elderly female.
