临床路径在胆囊炎患者护理中的应用研究

Application Research of Clinical Pathway in Nursing of Cholecystitis Patients

目的仔细探究临床路径在胆囊炎患者护理中的应用研究。方法选取2017年11月至2019年5月在我院行手术治疗的65例胆囊炎患者为主要研究对象,运用数字随机表达法进行分组,对照组(n=32)实施常规护理,观察组(n=33)实施临床路径,比较患者的护理有效率、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率。结果相比较对照组患者,观察组患者的护理有效率和生活质量评分更高,不良反应发生率更低,两组比较有显著差异。结论通过对胆囊炎患者实施临床路径更有利于其术后身体的康复,且可缓解患者的疼痛程度,并发症少,值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective to study application of clinical pathways in nursing of cholecystitis patients.Methods choose 65 cases cholecystitis patients with surgical treatment in our hospital from November 2017 to May 2019 as main research objects.Divide them into groups based on digital random expression.Control group(n=32)was treated with routine nursing and observation group(n=33)with clinical pathway.Compare nusring effectiveness,life quality scores,and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups.Results observation group had higher nursing effect and life quality scores,and lower incidence of adverse reactions than control group,with significant difference between two groups.Conclusion clinical pathway is more conducive to postoperative physical rehabilitation of cholecystitis patients,can alleviate their pains with fewer complications,which is worth further promotion and application.
