药学干预对2型糖尿病患者产生的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Pharmaceutical Intervention on Type 2 Diabetic Patients

目的分析药学干预对2型糖尿病患者产生的影响。方法选取100例(2018年1月至2019年1月)2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字分配原则分为两组,观察组和对照组各50例。采用常规用药干预的为对照组,采用药学干预的为观察组,观察比较两组患者的不良反应发生率和用药依从性。结果观察组的不良反应发生率为4.0%,对照组为16.0%,观察组低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组的用药依从性高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将药学干预应用在2型糖尿病患者中将患者的不良反应发生率显著降低,将患者的用药依从性显著提高,更好的控制患者的血糖水平,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective to analyze effect of pharmaceutical intervention on patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods choose 100 cases type 2 diabetes patients(January 2018 to January 2019)as research objects.Divided into two groups according to principle of random number allocation,50 cases in observation group and control group.Control group was treated with routine drug intervention,and observation group with pharmaceutical intervention.Observe and compare incidence of adverse reactions and medication compliance between the two groups.Results incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 4.0%,lower than 16.0%of control group,P<0.05;medication compliance in observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion pharmacological intervention can significantly reduce incidence of adverse reactions,improves medication compliance,and better controls blood glucose levels of type 2 diabetes patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
